1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and using Bondet, you accept these terms. If you disagree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Bondet is a couples app offering a shared virtual pet, daily questions, mini-games and date planning. The service requires an annual subscription.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the app.

4. Subscription and Payments

• The subscription costs €36 per year per couple, with a 3-day trial period.
• The subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel it.
• You can cancel at any time from your Stripe account or by contacting support.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• No refunds are given for already-used periods, except as required by law.

5. User Conduct

• Do not use the app for illegal or abusive purposes.
• Do not attempt to access other couples' data.
• Do not tamper with or reverse-engineer the app.
• You are responsible for the content you share with your partner.

6. Intellectual Property

The illustrations, design and code of Bondet are owned by Bondet. Content you and your partner generate (notes, answers) belongs to you.

7. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your couple bond from the app. Permanent deletion includes a grace period to prevent accidental actions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bondet is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes within the app.
